These terms govern the use of giot.com.es and, once the store is active, the purchase of the pieces. Using the site means accepting them.

Who we are

GIOT, a contemporary womenswear house founded in Madrid ({{ PENDING: legal name, tax ID and registered address }}). Write to us at contact@giot.com.es.

The pieces

Every piece is produced in a limited edition and made to last. The photographs are faithful; hand-made finishes — like the alamares — mean each piece may vary slightly, and that variation is part of the piece, not a flaw.

Prices and purchase

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed in Shopify's secure checkout and your order is confirmed by email. If a published price were an obvious mistake, we'll write to you before anything else.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by the Shipping page and returns by the Returns page, which forms part of these terms: you have 30 days from delivery — beyond the 14 days the European right of withdrawal recognises.

Appointments

An atelier appointment request is just that, a request: we confirm it personally by email. It is not an automatic booking.

The content

The texts, photographs and other content of this site belong to GIOT. You are welcome to enjoy and share them for personal use; any commercial use needs our written permission.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in them limits the rights consumer law grants you; if anything is unclear or goes wrong, write to us first — resolving things well is also part of the house.
